SHIPPING POLICIES, CHARGES AND OPTIONS
HOW TO ORDER
Credit card orders may be placed by mail, telephone or email.  We are located in the Central Time Zone, and will take calls if we are available all day and in the evening up to about 10:00 p.m. Central Time.
Call (573) 619-8532 or for 24 hour Fax orders call (573) 635-9680, or E-mail.
 
We accept cash, personal checks and/or money orders made payable to Fun & Games. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Due to the cost of processing charges, we ask that you purchase a minimum of $25.00 when using credit cards. We also accept PayPal, using our email of orders@scalefigures.com
 
POLICIES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Be sure to consult the pricing guide in the current online catalog at www.scalefigures.com We normally ship all orders within 14 days of receipt. Backorders sometimes occur. We will ship when available, credit your account or send you a refund. Check the appropriate box on the order form. When back orders become available, we will not charge any additional shipping or handling to supply you with the back order items.
 
If within 7 days of delivery, an item is discovered missing, we will promptly send it upon notification. If an item is discovered to be defective, please return it to us for exchange.
Gift certificates received as Door Prizes are redeemable only through Fun & Games. Only one gift certificate per order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
C.O.D. Handling Charge - Add $5.00 to regular shipping charges.
2nd Day Delivery (UPS) - Add $10.00 to regular shipping charges.
3rd Day Delivery (UPS) - Add $5.00 to regular shipping charges.
International Delivery Charge ($12.00) - International orders are shipped via insured Air Mail only. Shipments are subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
OPTIONS
For Rush delivery of orders (Credit Card or Money Orders only) within 3 business days of receipt, please add $7.00 plus all appropriate shipping and handling charges.
